On November 30, 2021, the first standing Council of the Ninth Council of Ningbo Lawyers Association reviewed and approved the list of the new professional committee, professional Committee and deputy secretary general of Ningbo Lawyers Association, and the three senior partners of our firm, Lawyer Zhang Hongkai, Lawyer Xue Haijing and lawyer Chen Jie, were honored to be selected. Lawyer Zhang Hongkai graduated from Dalian Maritime University in 1997 with a bachelor of Engineering degree in ocean-going Ship navigation. From 1997 to 2001 He served as ocean-going ship pilot. Obtained judicial Qualification Certificate in 2003; Since 2005, he has been practicing law in Shanghai SLOMA Law Firm. At the end of 2006, he joined WINTELL Law Firm. From 2009 to 2019, he founded Liaoning Feiran Law Firm as a senior partner and director. He joined Beijing Weiheng (Ningbo) Law Firm as a senior partner in 2020.
