Declaration of Creditor's Rights
According to the application of the debtor zhejiang Dasen Furniture Co., LTD., Cixi People's Court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Zhejiang Dasen Furniture Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Dasen Furniture"), and made the Decision no. 44 of Zhejiang 0282 on September 22, 2021. Beijing Weiheng (Ningbo) Law Firm is appointed as the bankruptcy administrator of Zhejiang Dasen Furniture Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
The creditors of Zhejiang Dasen Furniture Co., Ltd. shall, from the date of the announcement of Cixi People's Court to December 1, 2021, submit a letter to the Manager of Dasen Furniture (address: Building 12A, B1, West District, New Material Innovation Center, High-tech Zone, Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province; Zip: 315000; Contact: Lawyer Dong 15869611798, Lawyer Zhang 15395743707) declare creditor's rights. When declaring the creditor's right, the creditor shall explain in writing the amount of the creditor's right, whether the creditor's right is secured by property and whether it is joint and several creditor's right, and provide relevant evidence. Debtors or property holders of Zhejiang Dasen Furniture Co., Ltd. shall pay off debts or deliver property to the administrator. During the period of bankruptcy liquidation, civil litigation concerning Zhejiang Dasen Furniture Co., LTD., can only be filed to cixi People's Court. The civil litigation or arbitration that has been started but not yet concluded shall be suspended according to law and shall continue after the administrator takes over the property of the company. The preservation measures for the company's property shall be lifted and the execution procedure shall be suspended according to law. The company's property shall not be sealed up, distrained, frozen or disposed of without the consent of cixi People's Court.
