1. Recruitment instructions

(I) This recruitment is open and subject to public supervision. In order to make investors understand the basic situation of Kangsheng Company and clarify the recruitment principles, conditions and procedures, the manager makes this recruitment announcement. The content of this recruitment announcement is applicable to all intended investors.

(ii) The administrator shall keep confidential all the registration materials provided by the intended investors who participate in the registration. The Administrator undertakes not to disclose the registration information to any units or individuals before the deadline of registration.

(III) This recruitment announcement does not constitute an offer to invest in Kangsheng And is not binding on the restructuring of the investment agreement. The manager has the right to adjust and change the contents of this announcement according to the actual situation, decide to suspend or withdraw the recruitment plan, and shall not assume any liability for compensation.

(IV) This recruitment is not subject to the Bidding Law, and the manager reserves the right of final interpretation of this recruitment announcement.

Kangsheng Company has contracted many engineering projects since its establishment, but has not been in operation since 2014. At present, it has ceased operation for many years and has no employees.

Note: The above qualifications will be extended to December 31, 2021. Iv. Requirements to be met by the investor

1. Legally established and effectively existing legal person or non-legal person organization with high social responsibility and business reputation or natural person with full capacity for civil conduct;

2. Not included in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking or Parties involved in major tax violation cases of the credit China website (www.creditchina.gov.cn);

3. Have sufficient financial strength to restructure and invest in Kangsheng Projects, and be able to issue credit certificates or other performance ability certificates.

4. Have the ability to remove the blacklist of trust-breaking of Kangsheng Company and handle relevant procedures such as qualification extension by themselves.

5. Joint investment is not accepted in this project.

V. Registration process

1. Submit registration materials

The qualified investors shall submit the registration materials (bound in duplicate and prepared in accordance with the format provided in the attachment of the recruitment announcement) to the manager (contact person: Bao Jie, tel: 19957028686) before the deadline of registration, i.e. 17:00 on September 21, 2021. If the format is not provided, the format will be prepared by the investors themselves. If submitted by post, it should be delivered before that time.)

(2) Copy of personal ID card (applicable to natural person investment); Or a copy of the business license, the identity certificate of the legal representative (the person in charge of the unit) (applicable to investors other than natural persons);

(3) A copy of the power of attorney and the id card of the entrusted agent (applicable to the application materials submitted by the entrusted agent);

2. Payment of investment sincerity fund

The investor shall pay the sincerity fund of RMB one million yuan to the manager before the registration deadline. If the investment sincerity fund is not paid in full within the time limit, the investment qualification shall be automatically abandoned.
