I. Legal practice

1. Served as the perennial legal adviser of Wenzhou Railway and Track Investment Group Co., LTD., and provided the whole process of special non-litigation legal services for the construction of national demonstration project "Municipal Railway S1 and S2 Lines";

2. Served as the legal consultant of Wenzhou Port Group Co., LTD and its subordinate companies, Wenzhou Customs and other institutions during the practice, and had legal consultant service experience of large enterprises and government agencies;

Analysis of Legal Risks existing in Ship Finance Lease Business and Countermeasures won the third prize of 2011 Municipal Lawyers Association Practice paper, and the paper won the excellent Award of the first Zhejiang Lawyers Forum in 2011, and was selected into the proceedings of 2011 International Maritime Law Seminar of Chinese Lawyers;
