     On the morning of December 22, 2021, Liu Jianjun, member of the CPC Leading Group and deputy director of The Yinzhou District Justice Bureau of Ningbo city, Li Feng, chief of the Law Engineering Department and other party members, accompanied by Tong Dengyong, director of the Management Committee of Weiheng Ningbo Institute, Chen Yan, Deputy director of the Management Committee, Xie Junming, Party branch secretary and Xue Haijing, member of the Executive Committee, carried out the annual assessment.

    First, lawyer Xue Haijing, member of the executive committee, reported the specific situation of Weiheng Ningbo Office in 2021, and then Lawyer Xie Junming, secretary of the Party branch, introduced the specific work of the party branch in the past year. After listening to a series of work reports, Deputy Director Liu Jianjun fully affirmed the brand, professional construction and party building work of Weiheng Ningbo Institute, and put forward several requirements for the next development of the office:

    I. Strengthen the guidance of Party construction: The firm shall strengthen the docking with the Party Committee and government and departments, promote the firm's construction with the Party construction, and build the firm with legal services as the focus.

    Second, pay attention to practice discipline: on the one hand, the firm should establish a sound risk prevention and control mechanism, on the other hand, to strengthen the training of practicing lawyers, so that they always tighten the standard practice of the string.

    Iii. Practice of public service: In addition to basic legal publicity, the firm can practice new public service of lawyers by participating in rural revitalization, poverty alleviation and other related work.

    Iv. Promoting brand construction: In the early stage, the firm recruited and reserved talents through law schools of well-known universities in Wuhan and Chongqing, which is worthy of affirmation. In the next step, the firm should continue to do a good job in brand, professional and large-scale construction to build a new law firm in the new era.

    After Liu Jianjun's speech, Li Feng put forward several requirements and hopes for the assessment of the office.
