Work experience in construction field

From August 1996 to December 2001, I worked in the second branch of Zhejiang Industrial Equipment Installation Company. From September 2006 to December 2007, I worked in Shanghai Branch of Zhejiang Industrial Equipment Installation Company. He has served successively as equipment builder, structure builder and project site leader. Mainly involved in quhua Group sulfuric acid plant waste heat power plant, Zhoushan thermal power plant, Changshu Asia-pacific Advanced Paper Co., LTD. Self-provided thermal power plant, Xinchang synthetic chemical plant, Hangzhou Iron and Steel plant expansion project, Ningxia Yinchuan Xinrui Advanced CNC machine Tool Factory 20000 Construction management of large projects such as square meter steel structure workshop, central air conditioning system of Shanghai Pudong International Airport waiting building. Familiar with site management of construction contract, project visa claim process and its specific operation. 1. Participated in the equity transfer contract negotiation of Quzhou Naerte Electronic Power Supply Co., LTD in March 2009, and finally completed a perfect transaction.

2. Participated in the equity transfer contract negotiation of Quzhou Shuya Wood Co., LTD in May 2010, and finally concluded a successful transaction.

3. Participated in the negotiation of internal equity transfer contract for shareholders of Quzhou Jianji Machinery Co., LTD in October 2011, and finally concluded a successful transaction.

4. Participated in the equity transfer contract negotiation of Xinjiang Wushi Ruicheng Real Estate Development Company in June 2012, and finally succeeded

8. In 2009, as the agent of the plaintiff Quhua Group Engineering Co., LTD., sued Quhua Instrument Co., LTD. (no longer a subsidiary of Quhua Group) for the construction project construction contract dispute, with the amount of 1.2 million yuan, and finally settled the case with the defendant paying 1.1 million yuan, achieving a win-win outcome.

9. In 2012, as the plaintiff in the construction contract dispute case of Quzhou Liyuan Machinery Co., Ltd. vs. Zhejiang Huanyi Resources Co., LTD. (the defendant is in Tonglu), sued for 2.16 million yuan, and finally settled the case by the defendant agreeing to pay 2 million yuan for the project.

10. In 2012, acted as the plaintiff's agent of the National Security Bureau of a city against a real estate development company in a contract dispute case, which is now in the final sentencing stage.

11. In 2012, acting as an agent for a construction enterprise to win the bid and be considered as an abandoned target for reconsideration.

12. In 2012, represented the plaintiff Quzhou Liyuan Machinery Co., Ltd. against Lianyungang Rongding Metal Co., Ltd. in the construction contract dispute case, which is still in the cost appraisal stage.

13. In 2010, acted as an appellate agent in the appeal case of so-and-so v. so-and-so's contract dispute, which was finally revised by Quzhou Intermediate People's Court. The case was well received by the client.

14. Since 2011, I have successively acted for more than 80 commercial housing sales contract disputes, some of which created precedents in Quzhou city. After that, the judgments (or mediation) of similar cases were basically subject to my agency opinions expressed in court.

Major honors and publications

1. In 2008, the article "Legal Thoughts on Constructing China's Criminal Evidence Discovery System" won the first prize of quzhou lawyers' theoretical practice paper discussion, and the third prize of provincial lawyers' theoretical practice paper discussion, and participated in the "Criminal evidence discovery system" theoretical seminar jointly held by provincial Procuratorate and provincial Bar Association on behalf of the provincial Bar Association.

2. In 2009, the article "Lawyers' Practice operation in Labor Subcontract Management and Risk Control" won the second prize of quzhou lawyers' theoretical practice paper discussion, and the third prize of provincial lawyers' theoretical practice paper discussion, and participated in the seventh East China Lawyers' Forum on behalf of the provincial bar Association.
